I wait for an angel to come down and take me away
To a safe house for tigers
I pray for a kiss that will never come and bite my thumb
As the burnt blackened bodies thrown over and over spatter into the cars
The train never stops it just slows as it passes the stations
And ash coloured overcoats with paper white faces
Don't dare to leave mother behind
They don't care who's conducting or where the destination
As long as they leave with a safe house for tigers in mind
I make for the halo
The path seems clear but there's something in my eye
Take what you can carry
But don't carry too much
I don't think that mothers going to make it out alive
And the pain never stops it just fades as my consciousness slips
But if I'm really alone I need to look like I'm out of my mind
I finger the prescription baited breath for the kick
But they tell me a safe house for tigers is just impossible to find
